Staying Hydrated

There's a sort of secret Handshake around town between those dog owners.  

It seems that they always know where to find the Water bowls, & they never have to travel too far between them.  

Of course, they are grateful!  

& You would be, too, if they continually rinsed out a steel bowl & filled it up in vague anticipation of Your arrival.
