Sunglasses at night

It was after midnight last night (this morning) when I was lying in bed & realized that I had left my sunglasses in the back of my mom's car. On Wednesdays, she leaves for work by six in the morning, while I don't have to roll out of bed until eight.

Frightened at the thought of a day at work with my trusty goggles, I climbed out of bed & into the garage. Grabbed the glasses. Put them on. & why not? No matter that every light in the house had been put to rest, & no matter that I was the only soul awake to see my childish stunt.

All I'm saying is, if you've never walked around a pitch dark house while wearing sunglasses, it's about time that you gave it a chance.
